This Saturday, the modular bridge that will replace the drawbridge in Culebra, which was closed and removed due to structural damage, should be installed and open to traffic, according to the Executive Director of the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA), Edwin González Montalvo.
