Washington - The Center on Budget and Public Policy Priorities (CBPP) estimates that cuts pushed by U.S. House Republicans, as part of their conditions for raising the debt ceiling, could reduce funding for Puerto Rico by more than $1.5 billion in fiscal year 2024.
