In an in-person meeting with the leadership of the Popular Democratic Party (PDP), the U.S. House Natural Resources Committee delegation ruled out yesterday that there were space to include the current territorial status in their draft legislation on a plebiscite on Puerto Rico’s political future. The U.S. House Democratic House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer (Md.) had already warned about that.
