In a period of administrative instability, after the arrival and departure of seven interim or permanent rectors in a four-year term, budget cuts and even under the shadow of the loss of accreditation, Myrna Quiñones Feliciano said Monday that it was a collective effort that prompted her to seek and now occupy the rectorship of the Medical Sciences Campus of the University of Puerto Rico (UPR).
