New York Fed President optimistic about Puerto Rico’s recovery
John C. Williams, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York (FRBNY) said that having advanced in the debt restructuring process brings “certain stability” to public finances, he stressed that the influx of federal funds is an important factor on the island’s economic outlook.
