Cayey - In an almost completely vertical position on the rocky surface, a specialized drilling vehicle travels, supported by safety cables, along the second terrace of the enormous mountain that, in November 2022, broke off and, since then, forced temporary adjustments to the Luis A. Ferré highway (PR-52), between this municipality and Salinas, in one of the largest landslides associated with the impact of rains in Puerto Rico.
