The Oversight Board denied a reapportionment request from the State Elections Commission (SEC) for $282,000 to cover repairs and maintenance, materials and supplies, office equipment repairs, and debts related to per diems to local commissions for meetings held in previous years, particularly after the approval of the Electoral Code in 2020.
