Robert Mujica, executive director of the Financial Oversight and Management Board, stated in the letter that the agency "reserves its right" to challenge the measure "based on actual costs incurred or for other legitimate reasons." (Nahira Montcourt)

Although for “the moment” it will not prevent its implementation, the Financial Oversight and Management Board (FOMB) questioned the government’s granting tenure to 1,032 transitory employees under Act 96 of 2023 and warned that it may be “discarding other candidates” with merit, thus violating the public service reform.
