Even if Puerto Rico had the money to pay the debt of the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) - as proposed by Resident Commissioner Jenniffer González - the chances are slim to none since, for some economists, the Oversight Board will not support it, and for others, it is simply impossible.
