Washington D. C. - Pedro Pierluisi thinks that, in the best scenario, the Fiscal Oversight Board should end its work in Puerto Rico by the summer of 2026 - when it would have completed a decade overseeing the finances of the island’s elected government - but he perceives that the fiscal entity has other plans.
