Washington D.C. - When it comes to thinking about a new federal initiative to strengthen Puerto Rico’s electrical system, Governor Pedro Pierluisi points to the demand that has been pending for many months: that the costs of major reconstruction projects that have been heavily impacted by inflation be reviewed.
