The Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA) operational crisis would reach unsuspected levels in the short term with the sudden retirement of –at least- 600 employees with technical and specialized jobs, plus the possibility of another 700 retirement requests and the resignation of those workers looking for better employment conditions abroad.
