The Fiscal Oversight Board (FOMB) and the Puerto Rico government have yet to complete the last phase of the classification and uniform compensation plan applicable to career workers in the Executive Branch, as well as the revision of the scales applicable to employees in positions of trust, two processes that, however, still lack a defined path.
