Reason doesn't scream, reason convinces, Luis A. Ferré taught us. To convince without shouting, you have to be courageous, you have to be open, you have to have arguments and know how to listen and, above all, to respect. But yesterday, at a critical for Puerto Rican history, when reason was called to convince and not to shout, the island saw how Senate president showed up not living up to his position.
