WASHINGTON - Jenniffer Gonzalez has already decided to seek re-election as resident commissioner in Washington in 2020 and, despite the forecast that comes from legislative committees with main jurisdiction, she predicts that Congress will approve, within this four-year period, the admission of Puerto Rico as the 51st state.
