Under the premise that savings can be made without affecting public services, Governor Ricardo Rosselló Nevares yesterday assured that his fiscal plan meets the revenue and savings objectives required by the Oversight Board (OB), does not consider federal funds for healthcare, and will not result in the dismissal of public employees.
