Senate approves $19 billion for Medicaid
The U.S. Senate approved yesterday (68-29) the massive spending bill, known as omnibus bill, which includes an allocation of more than $19 billion in Medicaid funds to Puerto Rico over the next five years and nearly $1 billion to install solar panels and energy storage batteries on households on the island.
