The executive director of the Association of Renewable Energy Producers (APER), Julián Herencia, pointed out that the amendments that have been introduced to the agreements between the solar farm developers and the Electric Power Authority do not justify LUMA Energy’s delay in contracting the companies in charge of making the necessary improvements to the electric grid to interconnect the additional generation.
