After a debate of almost 12 hours, which at times turned heated and intense, the situation in the Popular Democratic Party (PDP) last night ended the same way it began: with David Bernier clinging onto his gubernatorial candidacy, Jaime Perelló leading the House of Representatives, and a seriously fractured collectivity.
