After consolidating three lawsuits filed by bondholders and monolines against the government of Puerto Rico, Federal District Court Judge Francisco A. Besosa will hold a hearing to determine whether or not to end the automatic ban on litigations that came into effect after the approval of the federal act, PROMESA.
