The Unsecured Creditors Committee (UCC) will have its day in court on August 22, when Judge Judith Gail Dein addresses the request to investigate the Island's debt. After federal district Judge Laura Taylor Swain instructed her to handle the issue, Dein will preside over a hearing to weigh whether starting a process to investigate the Island's debt in her courtroom in Boston is appropriate.
