The distribution of up to $325 million recently announced by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) for energy resiliency projects in Puerto Rico will be subject to competitive processes among multifamily housing properties and community health centers eligible to benefit, said Agustín Carbó, director of Modernization and Resiliency of the Puerto Rico Network at the federal agency.
