Washington - The U.S. Senate returns to session tomorrow, while the House will do so a week later. But everything indicates that moving forward legislation seeking to avoid the fiscal cliff in Medicaid, which finances most of the island´s health care plan and is key to the stability of the local healthcare industry, will be left to December, when the 117th Congress ends.
