With the help of a group of advisors and investment banks, the Fiscal Agency & Financial Advisory Authority (FAFAA) will assist the Puerto Rico Highways and Transportation Authority (PRHTA) this Tuesday in the bond exchange that will allow the restructuring of the public utility´s debt, confirmed Secretary of State Omar J. Marrero.
