While the Metropolitan Bus Authority (MBA) struggles to - at least - recover the volume of passengers it had before the COVID-19 pandemic, its president, Karen Correa Pomales, assured that optimization and growth strategies should be the result of internal adjustments, since she does not anticipate a privatization process for the system.
