New York - Walking through the streets of East Harlem, known as El Barrio, in Manhattan, you might come across Luis Muñoz Marín Boulevard or a mural honoring Julia de Burgos on 106th Street. Meanwhile, in the Williamsburg neighborhood in Brooklyn, you might come across a sign indicating that you’ve arrived at Avenue of Puerto Rico.
