The lawsuit filed by billionaire John Paulson against his former longtime partner, Fahad Ghaffar, details a web of limited liability companies (LLCs) registered in Puerto Rico that the businessman alleges are shell companies used to charge for services not rendered, unauthorized personal expenses and to sell items or goods at an inflated price.
