Like thousands of Puerto Ricans affected by the general blackout on Holy Wednesday, Maritza Cedeño and her family were trying to have some energy in their home, but what had become a habit to cope with the constant lack of electricity on the island, ended in a fire that consumed their home in the Coto Laurel neighborhood in Ponce.
