Six public hearings held last month left a series of questions about the island’s draft plan to fight climate change that will be addressed starting in January by the Committee of Experts and Advisers on Climate Change of Puerto Rico (CEACC, Spanish acronym), the body that will have to decide which recommendations to include in the large document.
