Carolina - After the Department of the Family removed two nonagenarians from a clandestine home in this municipality on Monday night, the owner of the home in controversy alleged that the family of both women knew that she was operating without permits and affirmed that she did not mistreat them, in view of the serious accusations of negligence and “deplorable” conditions made by the authorities.
