Washington - Foreseeing a victory over the statehood plebiscite on June 11th, which is being boicotted by the opposition parties, the New Progressive Party (PNP, Spanish acronym) leaders wanted to alert, yesterday, the head of the Congress that in a few weeks they will return to Washington to claim for the admission of Puerto Rico as a state.
