Minnesota Governo Tim Walz, who was selected this Tuesday by Kamala Harris to be the Democratic nominee for Vice President, voted, as a congressman, against what became the PROMESA Act and co-sponsored a bill that promoted a two-consultation process on Puerto Rico’s political future that was later modified by an amendment pushed by the Republicans.
