During the Board´s first public meeting of 2023, the entity´s new Executive Director Robert Mujica referred to the University of Puerto Rico and some experts interviewed by El Nuevo Día do not find his expressions different from those of his predecessor Natalie Jaresko, who led the program of cuts that left the UPR with almost half of its funding in five years.
