WASHINGTON - The Republican Majority Leader of the Senate, Mitch McConnell (Kentucky), confirmed yesterday that H.R.5278—which imposes a Federal Oversight Board over the government of Puerto Rico and opens the door to restructuring processes for the public debt—will be put to a vote before July 1st.
