The executive director of the Puerto Rico Aqueduct and Sewer Authority (PRASA), Alberto Lázaro, acknowledged the “complicated” panorama the public corporation is undergoing while facing the absence of capital financing, a scenario that could put the continuity of the drinking water service at risk.
