Utuado - Faced with the latent possibility of eliminating academic programs and the constant debate about closing them to reduce costs, the University of Puerto Rico’s (UPR) Utuado campus is trying to attract students and strengthen its structure through various strategies, including, for example, the creation of the first arboriculture program on the island.
