Although in the first weeks of her administration, Governor Jenniffer González has emphasized her intention to accelerate projects based on conventional sources in order to stabilize the generation system in the short term, the renewable energy developers’ association pointed out that these are the facilities that, in combination with storage systems, can more quickly provide the additional production that the country needs without compromising future costs, which ultimately affect consumers.
