The United Nations (UN) defines agrotourism as a modality that takes place in agricultural production where the protagonists complement their income with some form of tourism in which they provide accommodation, food and the opportunity to get into the field of agricultural activities, highlights Javier E. Pérez Lafont. (Isabel Ferré Sadurní)
