Washington D.C. – Proponents of Senate Bill 3231, seeking federal plebiscite on non-colonial and non-territorial alternatives, hope that - after a decade without a public hearing on Puerto Rico’s political status debate - the chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee will agree to give the new legislation a hearing.
