Thirteen employees of the Economic Development Bank (BDE, in Spanish) sued the head of the agency in the Federal Court, claiming a compensation of at least $1 million each for not having been able to take advantage of the early retirement program under Law 80 of 2020, and insist that they be granted this benefit.
