Representatives from several central government agencies will meet this coming Tuesday, July 9, to discuss the future of Jorge Rodríguez Torres, a deaf, mentally ill and intellectually disabled Vieques man who has been in state custody, without any criminal charges against him, since November of last year when he was charged with threatening his parents.
