While many athletes were celebrating their qualification to the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, Puerto Rican diver Emanuel Vázquez Bas remained cautious and avoided jubilation even though the Puerto Rican Swimming Federation (FPN) had announced in February of this year that he had punched his ticket to the summer sporting event.
